all buttoned up
Robs and I worked on this together as a thank you present for her teacher. I fiddled forever till the penny dropped and I worked out the quick and easy way to do this, so there will now be many more made...

green with envy 2
More pics of our dinner (see yesterdays post). These silver goblets i filled with green foliage and chryssies, and sprayed some wheat and twigs silver to match.
Hurricane lamp filled with silver and green baubles
These were green beaded serviette rings which I placed around the candles on the centre piece to add a dash of green
The goblets from above.

I made these serviette rings while Robs was doing her karate grading(!): started with a lime green bow, then tied on a silver dangle (leaf, crystal, star) and hot glue gunned it onto a feather and cardboard ring.
My acquisition this Christmas: cheap and cheerful candelabra!
These are the table decorations I did for our annual Christmas party with the Bloms. I found a really cheap but shiny lime green fabric which I cut in half, hemmed and joined end to end to make a table runner; then dug out all my silver decorations and added a touch of lime green. Silver stars and green pebbles added the finishing touches!
